Clear terms for a quiet connection.

These Terms apply only to the Android application named Still VPN, package com.saluton.vpn.android, provided by Deng Deng Technology Co., Ltd. They do not replace the terms that apply to the Saluton iOS application.

By installing or using Still VPN, you agree to these Terms and the Android Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app and remove it from your device.

Still VPN provides virtual private network functionality. After you tap Connect and approve Android's VPN permission, the app creates a device-level VPN connection and routes traffic through the server you selected. You are responsible for choosing whether to connect and for all activity conducted through your device.

The service does not guarantee that every website, application, protocol, country, or network will always be reachable. Speed, availability, latency, server locations, and compatibility may change because of maintenance, network conditions, regulation, blocking, third-party failures, or other circumstances outside our control.

You must use Still VPN in compliance with laws that apply to you and the networks and services you access. You must not use the service to:

• Attack, probe, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a device, service, or network
• Distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, or facilitate other unlawful activity
• Send spam or operate automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or circumvent limits of the Still VPN service except where applicable law permits it

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, service providers, or legal rights.

Free access may be supported by advertising and may be subject to server availability, connection limits, fair-use controls, or other service limits. Ad availability and frequency may vary by device, region, consent choice, and inventory. Premium benefits may include an ad-free experience. We may change free features or limits to maintain service quality. Fair-use controls must not be used to disguise or enable abusive or automated activity.

If Still VPN offers Premium subscriptions, the available plan, billing period, price, trial, and benefits are displayed in the app and in the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm a purchase. A subscription is not required to use features identified as free.

Payment and renewal

Purchases are processed by Google Play and charged to your Google Play account. An auto-renewing subscription renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before renewal. The price and billing frequency shown in Google Play at confirmation govern the purchase.

Trials and promotional offers

If a trial or promotional offer is available, eligibility, duration, price after the offer, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless the offer states otherwise, an auto-renewing trial converts to a paid subscription if it is not canceled before the trial ends.

Manage or cancel

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription from Still VPN → Settings → Manage subscription, or at Google Play Subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium access continues until then. In some countries, applicable law may provide different cancellation or refund rights.

Refunds and restoration

Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play policies, our applicable refund policy, and applicable law. You may request a refund through Google Play or contact support@saluton.app. Where eligible, we may issue a full or partial refund through Play Console. Canceling renewal by itself normally does not refund the current billing period. An active entitlement can be restored through the app using the same Google Play account used for purchase.

We may update the app, server list, protocols, features, prices, or these Terms. Some updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued service. Material Terms changes will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, presented in the app.

To the extent permitted by law, Still VPN is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular speed, access to a particular service, or that the service will meet every security or anonymity requirement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, Deng Deng Technology Co., Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use Still VPN. Any mandatory liability under applicable law remains unaffected.
