This is an agreement between you and Saluton for virtual private network communications services, related services and features. It is NOT a service for the commission of criminal acts. It is an anonymity and privacy service. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from, or terminating into.
Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of Saluton. When you click to install Saluton applications, you are agreeing with all the terms and conditions of the service. And if you don't agree, you can cancel the installation and you must destroy, return or delete all copies of Saluton applications in your possession.
Actual service coverage, speeds, locations and quality may vary. The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. However, the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control including:
We do not put any cap on bandwidth or data usage per user; however, the use of service is subject to fair usage. The following are considered unfair usage:
We reserve the right to temporary suspend or permanently terminate users found involved in unfair usage of its services.
Saluton is a service provider of transitory digital network communications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") 17 U.S.C. p. 512(a). It is our policy to promptly terminate without notice the accounts of those determined to be repeat infringers, where a repeat infringer is an end user who has been notified of infringing transmissions activities more than twice.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
Saluton offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID and processed by Apple. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
The subscription price and billing period (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) are shown in the Saluton app and App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region. Any price changes apply to future billing periods and you will be notified in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancellation, you keep premium access until the current period ends. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time.
If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you subscribe before a trial ends, any remaining trial time is forfeited. Free trials are typically limited to new subscribers only.
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. For refund requests, use Apple's "Report a Problem" or contact Apple Support.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription at no extra cost by tapping Restore Purchases in the app. The same Apple ID used for the original purchase is required.
