Data Privacy Guarantee: We operate under a strict no-logs policy and do not share any user data with third parties.

Zero Analytics: We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or any tracking technologies that compromise your privacy.

Service Agreement

This is an agreement between you and Saluton for virtual private network communications services, related services and features. It is NOT a service for the commission of criminal acts. It is an anonymity and privacy service. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from, or terminating into.

Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of Saluton. When you click to install Saluton applications, you are agreeing with all the terms and conditions of the service. And if you don't agree, you can cancel the installation and you must destroy, return or delete all copies of Saluton applications in your possession.

Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays
• Sending opt-in email, unsolicited email or any type of email sent in large quantities
• Launching pop-ups from our service
• Attacking any other computer or network while using our service
• Hacking, cracking, distribution of viruses, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, or any illegal conduct

Service Quality and Limitations

Actual service coverage, speeds, locations and quality may vary. The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. However, the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control including:

• Emergencies
• Third party service failures
• Transmission, equipment or network problems
• Interference, signal strength
• Network congestion and other technical factors

Fair Usage Policy

We do not put any cap on bandwidth or data usage per user; however, the use of service is subject to fair usage. The following are considered unfair usage:

• Creating automated or manual VPN sessions that impersonate a bot
• Exerting excessive load on the network that may disturb other users
• Utilizing substantially excessive bandwidth that exceeds the average user bandwidth usage for an extended duration

We reserve the right to temporary suspend or permanently terminate users found involved in unfair usage of its services.

DMCA Policy

Saluton is a service provider of transitory digital network communications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") 17 U.S.C. p. 512(a). It is our policy to promptly terminate without notice the accounts of those determined to be repeat infringers, where a repeat infringer is an end user who has been notified of infringing transmissions activities more than twice.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Changes to Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms of Use on this page
• Sending an email notification
• Displaying a prominent notice in our Service
